As of the time of this writing I have been living in New Jersey for a week. My old house is under contract, and I have an interview for the job I have been going after since I made the switch into IT. Lots happening. Lots all at once. To say a year ago I would have expected to be in this position would have been a lie. I am extremely grateful to be living in a nice townhouse with my girlfriend. Washington NJ is a great blend of what I enjoyed about Pennsylvania with all of the benefits of actually living in a civilized society. Its far enough away to be quiet, lots of woods and forest, but with actual things to do close by. So far I am much happier. With the support of my family and friends I am now hopefully one short step away from breaking into cybersecurity as a SOC Analyst. My house is going through the process of being under contract for a pretty fair price. Hopefully the next update brings continued good tidings. Until then…
